The Mall of Asia Arena’s first 14 months have been marked with great concerts, sports and special events that brought international recognition to Philippines’ sports & entertainment industry including Lady Gaga, NKOTB,Backstreet Boys, Nicki Minaj, Jonas Brothers, David Guetta, Keane, JenniferLopez, Big Bang, Swedish House Mafia, Paramore, Psy, Aerosmith, All Star Basketball Challenge PBA vs NBA Legends, Zac Efron, Lee Min Ho and Lebron James. It’s also the new home of the UAAP.

In addition to the sports and concerts described above, MOA Arena is set to host Grammy winning band Linkin Park, Hollywood actor Taylor Lautner, global superstar Rihanna, Disney Live, Matchbox Twenty and the 1st ever NBA preseason game in Southeast Asia and in the Philippines . The two teams playing in the preseason game will be the Houston Rockets versus the Indiana Pacers.

It has proven to be a home court advantage for our Philippine team Gilas Pilipinas, as the arena serves the main venue for the 2013 FIBA Asia Championship.

It has a seating capacity of 15,000 and a full house capacity of 20,000 with 2,000 capacity car park. Made for basketball games and concerts, it can also be a venue for boxing, theater, fashion and ice-skating shows. For its patrons’ maximum convenience, the Mall of Asia Arena is designed with 16 comfortable smoking lounges. For ease-of-access, there are 10 elevators available in the premises. 34 units of escalators are also employed, with 8 units in each of the floors. To add, special access lanes for PWDs are also provided for. To comply with international standards, the Mall of Asia Arena also has four dug-outs, a mess hall for an event’s technical team, a room exclusive for press conferences and even a special area for meet-and-greet area.

Most of the suites in stadium / arena are normally located in the highest level, the Mall of Asia Arena’s Corporate Suites are located just above the lower box section and below upper box area. Corporate Suites are leased for P9 to P12 million.

The first and only entertainment venue in Southeast Asia to have amazing amenities and features to provide quality service. The MOA Arena experience is the one to beat when it comes to the features and staff’s service to make every guest’s visit a memorable one. It is equipped with CCTV cameras, police desk, a clinic and a standby ambulance to make the safety and security of all visitors.
