PARA SA MASA
i really love this song because the lyrics really reflect to the situation of the Filipinos.
With a Smile, because of the message that it wants to implement and the rhythm and harmony of it is so amazing. Rock On!!! \m/
My favorite song is CUTTERPILLOW! Ang cute kasi ng lyrics and melody.. Feeling ko tuloy bata ako palagi. 🙂
huwag mo nang itanong.
i only started listening to eheads in year 2007, and yes, they are already have their own bands by then. still, i bought the heads set(set with complete albums, tshirt and coffee book), eraserheads anthology. and now this.
about the song, it is timeless. up till now, it is relevant in my life. and the tune of the song. relaxing to listen after an exhausting day in school.
if im not lucky to win this, ill still buy it npnp(though i really want to win this one, since winning an album is more unforgettable than buying it, i think ill give way to others who wont buy this so they can enjoy ehead’s music too. more powers phconcerts).
Minsan. It talks about friendship. That even they were apart they can go back to the place they used to be. They can still talk to their old friends no matter how long they were parted. The song inspires me to treasure people around me and cherish every moment with them. Time and people passed so we must have to make the best out of them. Friends may come and go but they should not be forgotten cause somehow they’ve become a part of your life as you came to know every little thing in this world.
Alapaap – I only started listening to Eheads 2 years before they broke up. I was still in highschool back then so I wasnt able to follow their musical journey unlike their older fans. But after learning about the controversy behind this song, i started listening to all of their albums. On a personal note this is my choice because this song catalized my love for Eheads and in turn motivated me to study hard while reviewing for UPCAT. But in a much more critical note, this song made me realize that the so called (pseudo) intellectuals we see on TV are not so smart after all… There are so many things that happened after the day I first played the album Circus but this song changed me in a way because this made me a better listener for I no longer just listen to the sound of the music but also the lyrics and the message it brings /conveys..
With a smile. Ever since i was a child up to now I really like this song and I always sang it in any karaoke. I love the message and the melody of the song. 🙂
Ang Huling El Bimbo has always been my favorite. First thing, it has been one of their biggest songs ever. I say it ‘coz you can ask anyone from the old and young generations about it and you won’t get disappointed that they know the song. It has lived from the hearts of every Filipino generation. And also, the song is a “feel-good” song. You just can’t help but sing your heart out when you start hearing it playing at your neighbor’s radio. And above all, the song speaks of a story. It’s a very emotional one even that hides behind the popular vibe of the song. But when you start giving time to analyze the song, it does tear you up (maybe even more than your fave telenovela). Well, at least if you are a chic. Lmao.
With A Smile. Its the song that always pops in my head when someone mentions The Eraserheads.
MAGASIN. I love how anyone can easily relate to the song; must love the humor in the lyrics, too.
