I am proud to call myself a passionate aficionado for good music, and that for me is rooted deeply in the indie genre. I think people like myself can easily own up to the fact that not a lot of these “good music-playing” bands come here to the Philippines and yes, it does sadden me. On the rare occasion that they do however, like this instance, I am always eager to attend the concert and show my appreciation for their craft in “my type” of music. Hey, I think all Bloc Party fans are entitled to win this contest but I do think I deserve it because this right here is a chance for me to enjoy that which I am truly & genuinely passionate for, something you may not find in others.

There’s listening to good music, and then there’s experiencing it. Bloc Party has been one of my favorite bands to listen to for random adventures here and there, but now, I have the chance to seeing them perform, the adventure itself.
These tickets are for me because I am a true fan who would not let this opportunity go to waste. I would milk this experience for all its worth!
Bloc Party music has always been an eargasm to me. And to watch them perform live is the best way to celebrate my fandom! I deserve to win because I am so ready to dance, jump and be in awe along with amazing Pinoy fans/crowd

I first started listening to Bloc Party back in 2007 when a good friend introduced me their musc and I was instantly hooked! I’ve had nearly all their songs on my playlist and would listen to them wherever I go. They’re now in my iTunes Top 25 Most Played playlist. Never imagined that this day would come! This would really make me really happy 🙂
Its been this personal goal of mine to be able to watch all my favorite bands live! So far I haven’t watched any of the great concerts this 2013 and it would be such a treat if my first 2013 concert would be Bloc Party’s! Also, who wouldn’t want to see one of the greatest indie rock bands live!! I’ve been a fan since Silent Alarm, listening to them on my laptop or phone is definitely eargasmic! What more if I see and hear them play their albums live?! 🙂
Who would not want to watch this band? Who in their sane mind would want to miss the chance of watching them live right here on our own turf? Mymy this is the only chance I got to see this absolutely fantastic lads so I am hoping for the best! FTW IM GONNA SEE YOU BLOC PARTY!
