Youtube King  and Korean Pop Superstar Psy will be staging a concert here in Manila on February 16, 2013 at the Mall of Asia Arena

Psy requested that proceeds of his concert will go to a charity, Ciara Marie Foundation and the victims of the recent typhoon Pablo.
