Mayday Parade Celebrates “Three Cheers For 20 Years” in Manila in September

IT’S POP-PUNK FEVER ALL OVER AS MAYDAY PARADE RETURNS TO MANILA!

The choruses will be huge, the sing-alongs will be thundering and pop punk fans will be the happiest they’ll ever be, as phenomenal punk superstars MAYDAY PARADE are making their way back to our shores to treat Filipino fans to an evening of fun and nostalgia, via their biggest live anthems and unrivaled onstage energy.

That’s right – PULP Live World presents MAYDAY PARADE “Three Cheers For 20 Years” in MANILA, and it’s happening this September 24th, 2025, at the renowned Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. This will be the seventh time the Tallahassee, Florida band has played in Manila, and it’s needless to point out why the Filipino fans love them so much.

Mayday Parade

Formed in 2005, lead vocalist/pianist/guitarist Derek Sanders, guitarists Alex Garcia and Brooks Betts, bassist Jeremy Lenzo, and drummer Jake Bundrick were seemingly always on the path to success: their debut EP Tales Told By Dead Friends sold over 50,000 copies with no label support whatsoever, relying solely on the strength of the group’s uncanny ability to create and produce pop-punk anthems that resonated with theirs and future generations.

The band’s biggest hits include the gang-vocal-laden “Jamie All Over,” “Miserable At Best” and “Jersey” (all from their 2007 full-length debut A Lesson In Romantics), the ultra-emotional ballad “Stay” (off their 2011 self-titled release), and “Oh Well, Oh Well,” among other diehard favorites. The music – which can change in an instant from popping party anthems to emotive and introspective ballads – is definitely for music fans of all shapes and sizes, as MAYDAY PARADE seems to have a fix on soaring melodies, catchy dynamics, and overall, well-executed musicianship; all of which make their shows unforgettable experiences.

Recently, the band released three future hit singles last February, namely “By The Way,” “Pretty Good To Feel Something” and “Towards You,” which are slated to be included in their upcoming EP Sweet, to be released April 18th this year… another perfect treat to celebrate the band’s two-decade-long run.

Needless to say, the MAYDAY PARADE “Three Cheers For 20 Years” in MANILA is slated to be one of the most exciting events of the quarter, and Filipino fans are both lucky and pumped to be part of the band’s tour cycle. Exclusive ticket pre-sales will be open from 10AM PHT of April 11th up to April 12 at 10AM PHT only at ticketnet.com.ph, and the General Sale will begin on Sunday, April 13th at 12 noon Philippine time. Fans of the band and great music, in general, can purchase them via Ticketnet outlets and online through www.ticketnet.com.ph.
